This is a general purpose batch reaction distillation unit to be operated at atmospheric pressure, or vacuum.
While heating bath heats and evaporates the contents of the vessel, the stirrer agitates to avoid heat spots. Vapours enter the condenser through reflux divider, & get condensed. The condensate is then cooled by a product cooler and collected into a receiver.
The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve, heating bath thermometer pocket, liquid addition vessel, stirring assembly with drive, coil condenser with vapour pipeline, reflux divider, product, receiver with drain valve.

The unit is available in vessel size of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 ,300 Litre.

Glass Fractional Distillation Assembly
This is a general purpose batch distillation unit to be operated under vacuum.
Vapours enter into the packed column and get fractionated. Vapours of low boiling liquid enter into condenser, get condensed and collected into the twin receivers. From the final receiver distillate can be removed without breaking the vacuum.
The unit is complete with a spherical vessel, drain valve heating bath, thermometer pocket, liquid inlet, packed column, a coil condenser, product cooler, and twin receivers.
