Glass Water Distillation Unit
Minimum Order Quantity: 1 Piece
| Inlet Flow Rate | 1.5 to 4 liters Per hour |
A water distillation apparatus is a device that purifies water by separating it from impurities through evaporation and condensation. It's essentially a still that uses heat to boil water into steam, which is then cooled and collected as pure, distilled water. This process leaves behind contaminants like minerals, salts, and bacteria that have higher boiling points.
Key Components and Process:
Boiling Flask/Chamber: Holds the impure water and heats it to boiling.
Condenser: Cools the steam back into liquid water, effectively separating it from the impurities.
Collection Flask/Container: Collects the purified, distilled water.
How it Works:
Impure water is heated in the boiling flask, causing it to evaporate into steam.
The steam rises and enters the condenser, which is cooled by water or other methods.
As the steam cools, it condenses back into liquid water.
The purified, distilled water is collected in a separate container.
Applications:
Laboratory Settings:
Used to produce high-purity water for experiments, chemical analysis, and research.
Industrial Processes:
Employed in various industries where pure water is essential, such as pharmaceutical manufacturing and chemical production.
Advantages:
Removes a wide range of contaminants, including bacteria, viruses, and heavy metals.
Can be used with a variety of water sources.
Relatively simple and reliable technology.

Clavenger/Essential Oil Extraction Assembly
| Capacity | 1 liters to 20 liters |
An essential oil extraction machine is a piece of equipment designed to separate essential oils from plant material through various methods like distillation or solvent extraction. These machines are used in industries like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and aromatherapy to produce concentrated aromatic oils.
Here's a more detailed look:
1. How it works:
Distillation:
This is a common method where steam or water is used to vaporize volatile aromatic compounds from plant material. The vapor is then condensed back into a liquid, separating the essential oil from the water.
Solvent Extraction:
In this method, a solvent (like hexane or ethanol) is used to dissolve the essential oils from the plant material. The solvent is then evaporated, leaving behind the concentrated oil.
Microwave-Assisted Extraction (MAE):
This method uses microwave radiation to heat the plant material, causing the cell walls to rupture and release the essential oils.
2. Types of Machines:
Steam Distillation Units: These are specialized apparatus that use steam to extract essential oils from plant materials.
Hydrodistillation Machines: These machines combine water and steam to extract the oils, and then separate the water and oil.
Solvent Extraction Machines: These machines are used for the solvent extraction method.
Microwave Extraction Machines: These use microwave technology to extract the oils.
3. Applications:
Aromatherapy: For producing essential oils used in aromatherapy for therapeutic purposes.
Pharmaceuticals: In the production of medicines and other pharmaceutical products.
Cosmetics: For manufacturing perfumes, lotions, and other cosmetic products.
Food: In the food industry for flavoring and other applications.
Research: For research and development in various scientific fields.
