Minimum Order Quantity: 1 Piece
Uses/Application | Laboratory and Industrial use. |
Essential oils are concentrated, hydrophobic liquids containing volatile chemical compounds derived from plants. Whether referred to as volatile oils, ethereal oils, aetherolea, or simply the oil of the plant from which they are extracted, essential oils are known for their aromatic properties and ease of evaporation at room temperature.
we offer high-quality essential oil distillers designed to help you efficiently extract pure, natural essential oils from a variety of plants. Our essential oil distillers are made using top-grade glass and feature precise engineering, ensuring you achieve the best results every time. Whether you're a small business or a large-scale producer, our distillers cater to all your essential oil extraction needs.
The most common method of extracting essential oils is through distillation, particularly steam distillation. We offer two efficient methods for essential oil production: the Steam Distillation Unit and the Vacuum Distillation Unit.
The units are available in vessel sizes of 10, 20, 50, 100, and 200 liters and are designed to operate under both atmospheric pressure and full vacuum conditions.
Steam distillation is a separation process that involves distilling water alongside volatile and non-volatile components.
In this method, water is heated separately in a spherical vessel. The steam produced is then boiling water directed into a reactor, where it interacts with organic materials such as trees and plants. This steam carries the vaporized volatile compounds to a condenser, where both are cooled and condensed back into liquid or solid form while non-volatile residues remain in the reactor.
